About Fexofenadine
Fexofenadine (generic Telfast) — Non-drowsy antihistamine
Widely considered the most effective non-drowsy antihistamine. Available at 120mg (pharmacy) and 180mg (prescription). Does not cross the blood-brain barrier, so drowsiness is very unlikely.

How it works
Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to reduce allergy symptoms. Unlike cetirizine, it does not cross the blood-brain barrier, making drowsiness extremely rare.
